Your Old Town walking tour will not only reveal some of the streets of Scotland’s historic Old Town as they are today; more importantly, it will let you discover what they once used to be like!  We love taking our guests to the very places where some of Scotland’s most famous (and infamous) characters lived and walked. This Edinburgh history tour uses stories and images to help you imagine the past. Your Edinburgh tour guide carries A3-sized books with pictures selected from our archive. We want you to imagine Old Edinburgh as it once was. We use our research, our images, and our vivid and well-told descriptions to help you recreate the stories in your mind. This is a tour meant for the connoisseurs of history, and we assure you that we don’t disappoint.

“It was a great joy to listen to the stories about the Old Town. The visual aids he uses are a perfect addition to them and as you see the 'then and now' you get a better idea of what the Old Town must have been like... I highly recommend this tour because I enjoyed every minute of it.”
